Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to get through this thing called LIFE.

I love me some Prince. I think we all do, right?


And… Can we agree that there’s gotta be more to, “this thing called life,” than just getting through it?

What if we decided to do life differently? Like, what would happen if we were to actually show up.. differently? In life?

Idk about you, but the first thing I’d change about my life? Is my weight. In fact, it’s the first thing I am changing. Because I’ve decided that it’s time for me to show up differently.

You may or may not have heard (or gathered.. like, from the url), but I’m a life coach now. So it is now my job to create and provide to you evidence that I’m good at my job. The way I’m going to start is by explaining what I can help you with and how we’ll do it.

If you have fifty pounds or more to lose, and you’re not interested in another damn diet, hang with me. We’re going to be doing it differently.

And listen, I can’t promise you that it’s going to be all sunshine and happiness, okay? In fact, the opposite is true. We tend to carry the weight of our unexplored (read: avoided-at-all-costs) emotions as actual physical weight on our bodies.

You may have surmised by now that the path to losing weight for good? Involves quite a lot of feeling all the feels.

And the best news?? There’s no feeling that can actually hurt you unless you let it!

So. Who’s coming with me??

Who’s down to do some growing (or, y’know.. shrinking) with me? It’s going to be a trip, and it’ll be fun and terrible and wonderful and scary and exciting all at the same time. Kinda sounds like life, eh? Not all bad. Not all good either. And that’s exactly how it’s supposed to be.
