So you've purchased your first package of sessions & booked your first appointment (or scheduled your very first mini session) with me... First of all, let me just say WOOHOO!! I love that journey for you! Now, for the slightly-less-fun part - my cancellation and rebooking policy.
I understand that things come up and sometimes appointment times need to be cancelled or rescheduled. In these circumstances, I do require at least 24 hours notice (provided via email) from the scheduled appointment start time in order to avoid a rebooking fee or forfeiting your prepaid session. This gives me a chance to fill the appointment with someone from my waiting list. Providing less than 24 hours notice will result in a rebooking fee of $50, to be paid by invoice prior to the following appointment. If no notice is given at all ("no-call, no-show"), that will result in the forfeiture of the prepaid session. If any questions regarding this policy arise, please do not hesitate to ask.
